KFC-Star Create Competition.

So just recently, as a StarStruck writer from Kuching district, I was asked to promote this competition among my friends. So finally, I've compiled 8 essay entries and a video entry for the competition.

Basically, people were hyped up about the competition as the prizes were kinda attractive. First prize was RM 300 and a RM 100 voucher worth of KFCs. Second prize was RM 200 and a RM 100 voucher of KFCs and third prize was RM 100 and a RM 100 voucher of KFCs. The theme of this competition is "TUTORIAL" and to participate you must either send in a 200-word essay, a poster or a three minute long video titled "How To...."

Out of 1000 entries sent to KFC for this competition, it was sure as hell a big shock that the video submitted by my friends did win something!

Their video: How to be Cool

Go check it out! After all the hard work put into it, they've produced a great video.

To be honest, they've made me damn proud. After all, as part of the Star's longlisted writers team, I'd say that they did deserve to win the "Best Effort" prize. They DID deserve to win something at least. It'll be really disappointing if they didn't win, though in my opinion, they deserve much more actually.

But at least, they were featured in the article that came out in the Star newspaper!

Though the other 8 essays didn't get anything, it's alright. After all, there's more competition coming up and i'll have to promote it again. so no worries! For those who are disappointed in missing out this competition, do not worry! KFC-Star has announced a second competition! here are the details:
